MAMA & MINI MOVES
A supportive, low-impact class designed for expecting and new moms — with babies welcome! This class focuses on safe movement patterns, gentle strength, mobility and core stability to support your body through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. With modifications for every stage, you’ll build strength, restore balance, focus on core and pelvic function, and connect with other moms in a welcoming environment.
You’ll keep your baby with you on your mat, so carseats, carriers, blankets, bouncers etc. are welcome (but space is limited). If you need to feed, change, or soothe your baby mid class — no sweat! We’ll also keep music a bit lower for little ears. Come SCULPT without the stress of childcare with a supportive community of likeminded mamas!
