What to expect when you arrive
Set yourself up for success by arriving 10 minutes before the start of class. You’ll be able to meet your instructor, get a quick tour of the facility and get yourself settled before class starts. Once you’re able to head into the class room, you can select your own mat, grab the required equipment and get set to work!
What to wear
Comfortable workout clothes and a pair of clean, indoor sneakers. Not all classes require sneakers, just the classes that utilize dumbbells (i.e any classes that don’t include SCULPT).
What to bring
All you need is your workout clothes and your kicks. We provide mats, hand towels and a water filtration system so you can fill up a water bottle.
What is the best class to start with?
Our classes range from heavier weight training, HIIT, and light weight training, so this all depends on your preference and what you typically do for your workout. If you’re someone who loves to use heavier weights, try a class with the word STRENGTH in the title. If you’re someone who loves cardio, try something that includes SWEAT. If you’re someone who loves pilates or barre, and no impact, try a SCULPT class.
What if I need to change or cancel a class?
Class cancelations must be done at least 12 hours before class time to avoid penalties. Late cancels are considered any cancelation after the 12 hour mark, and will be charged a late fee of $10. If you’d like to switch into another class within the same day, give us a call and we can move your reservation for you.
How many times a week should I take class?
We recommend taking 3-5 classes per week for the maximum results. Our schedule is designed to give you variety throughout the week, so you’re never repeating the same workout.
Can I get ready for work there?
You sure can! Take full advantage of our spa shower, stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Towels are not provided at this time. Changing rooms are available along with a getting ready station that has everything you need from blow dryer to dry shampoo to deodorant.
