STACKED + CORE

A blend of our core formats (sculpt, strength and sweat) that utilizes the best strategies from each type of muscular training to most effectively target muscle groups both by building strength and endurance. The weight training portion of the class begins with a sculpt section of lighter weights, small movements and high repetition, then moves into heavier weight training with larger, functional movements. The sweat section comes last, focusing on bodyweight based intervals of cardiovascular training to increase overall endurance levels and blast calories.

STACKED + CORE includes a 5-minute core finisher that isolates each part of the abdominals to effectively target and tone all parts of the mid section, aiding in every day posture and improving functional movement.

This class is designed to improve muscular efficiency and strength, as well as increase cardiovascular threshold and endurance. All classes are modifiable to all levels, safe for injuries and pregnancy.
