EXPLORE CLASS OPTIONS

Our 3 core formats are STRENGTH, SWEAT and SCULPT.  The combination of these classes are designed to meet all fitness goals.  In addition to the core formats, we have blended formats that incorporate elements from each class in different ways.

STRENGTH

SCULPT uses light weights to isolate muscles and tone the body. Set to music, these barefoot classes focus on precision and balance to build strength, definition, and stability while leaving you aligned and energized after every session.

SWEAT

SWEAT blends cardio with light and heavy weights in a versatile format. It can stand alone or pair with SCULPT or STRENGTH, adapting to either style. Designed to build endurance and improve body composition, SWEAT lives up to its name—expect to move hard and sweat.

SCULPT

STRENGTH uses dumbbells in timed intervals, letting you work at your own pace. These classes are designed for all levels to build muscle and stamina through consistent training. Please wear clean indoor sneakers for any class with STRENGTH in the title to support safe movement.
